SPEAKER Bio

Dr Finbar McGrady MB, BCh, BAO, MPhil, MRCGP, cPGME

I qualified from QUB in 1999. I completed my GP training in 2004, before taking up GP Partnership. I now mainly practice as a GPwSI in dermatology.

A massive change in lifestyle in my mid 30s lead to a successful career in triathlon. High performance has given way to an approach suited more to health & longevity.

I have an interest in sports physiology, nutrition and psychology in order to develop a truly holistic approach to health and longevity in mind, body & spirit.
