So the DATIX has it's place for improving patient safety, but how often do we celebrate the successes in our workplace? 

How often do we say thanks to our colleagues when they go the extra mile?

The #GREATix tool,  developed by #EM3 in the East Midlands allows us to concentrate on the positives. 

It's not just about a pat on the back (although they are quite nice to get too), we want to learn from the successes we see at work,  improve patient care in our department, and make it a fantastic place to work and learn!
